The Health & Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) 1974 (UK)
states that:
- Employers have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure the health,

This is underpinned by the Management of Health & Safety
at Work Regulations (1999) which states that:
- Employers are required to undertake a stress related risk assessment
(if they have 5 or more employees) and formally record their findings.
